To improve your quality
Watcher is a software meant to improve your quality management by adding a possibility to record all work done by a quality control employee, from his/her point of view. Furthermore, all recordings are stored in a cloud, so you can watch them every time and everywhere where you have an Internet connection.
To make it easier for you, an employee will flag critical moments that happened during their work. These moments are marked on a recording, so you don’t have to watch several hours of video. Instead you can jump directly to every critical moment by clicking on a link.
Additionally during recording employees can scan product serial numbers, manufacturing order numbers or any other tracking numbers used in your company. Later on if any issues are identified with a material or finished product you will be able to swiftly locate relevant video and analyse why the issues occured.
